User Registration Agreement

This User Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Universe Travel & Business, the owner and operator of the GlobTravLink platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and the individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") executing the registration process on the GlobTravLink search and information online booking platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). The Company provides access to the Platform services strictly subject to the terms of this Agreement.

1. ELECTRONIC CONSENT AND MOMENT OF EXECUTION (E-SIGN ACT)

1.1. In accordance with the United States Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act), completing the registration form, clicking "Register," "Accept Terms," or checking the corresponding consent box on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and is legally equivalent to the User's physical, handwritten signature.

1.2. By completing registration, the User affirms that they have reviewed, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with all cross-referenced legal instruments of the Company, which are integrated into this Agreement by reference:

• Terms of Use and General Definitions;
• Partner and Agent Agreement;
• Cancellation and Refund Policy;
• Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.

2. ACCOUNT TYPES AND TAX DECLARATIONS (1099 STATUS)

2.1. Upon registration, the User is assigned a status based on their selected activity type (Client, Agent, or Supplier/Guide), as defined in the Platform's Terms of Use.

2.2. Tax Status Declaration for Business Accounts: Users registering accounts under the "Agent" or "Supplier" categories for the purpose of generating income officially declare and acknowledge their legal status as an Independent Contractor under United States tax laws (Internal Revenue Code, reported via IRS Form 1099).

2.3. The registration of a business account does not create an employer-employee relationship (W-2), labor contract, or joint venture. The Partner assumes sole and exclusive responsibility for managing their own tax records, declaring earnings, and paying all federal, State of Florida, and local taxes or fees required within their jurisdiction.

3. INCOME DISCLOSURE AND ANTI-PYRAMID COMPLIANCE (FTC COMPLIANCE)

3.1. By creating a business account, the Agent affirms their understanding that the Company provides strictly a technological platform, booking utilities, and training materials. The Company does not guarantee the User any specific income, profit, or free travel products by the mere fact of registration.

3.2. The User declares compliance with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) standards and covenants that, when promoting services, they will refrain from making false, exaggerated, or deceptive earnings claims within the Company's ecosystem. Compensation is accrued exclusively based on retail sales of bona fide travel products to end Clients.

4. PACKAGE PAYMENT TERMS AND ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

4.1. Access to advanced commercial functionalities of the Platform for Agents and Suppliers is granted following the activation of a selected Service Package or payment of an agency Membership fee.

4.2. All payments for account activation, service listings, software subscriptions, and marketing configurations constitute final operational contributions to the Company and are strictly non-refundable from the moment the transaction is processed, regardless of the User's subsequent activity on the Platform.

5. AMENDMENTS, SUSPENSION, AND JURISDICTION

5.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend account access or permanently terminate a User for violating any provision of this Agreement, TCPA regulations (anti-spam rules), or the Company’s corporate ethics code.

5.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Registration Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through individual mandatory arbitration in Broward County, Florida, USA.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS (OFAC COMPLIANCE)
6.1. By registering on the Platform or booking services, the User warrants that they are not located in a country or region subject to a comprehensive U.S. embargo and are not included on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The Company reserves the right to immediately cancel any bookings and block accounts without issuing a refund if it identifies a violation of U.S. sanctions laws or international regulations.
