9-Day Adventure to the Pacific Ocean: Volcanoes, Hot Springs, Trekking, a Sea Cruise, and Fishing!

What awaits us? The Pacific coastline, the mighty volcanoes of Vilyuchinsky, Mutnovsky, Avachinsky, Koryaksky, and Gorely, the black-sand Khalaktyrsky Beach, natural hot springs, the Vachkazhets mountain range, and the scenic Avacha and Russkaya Bays.

This is a jeep tour with light trekking. For those up for the challenge, there's an optional full-day ascent of Avachinsky Volcano with a professional mountaineer guide.

We'll stroll along a black volcanic sand beach, take a dip in the ocean, hike through a stunning mountain range with crystal-clear sky-blue rivers and roaring waterfalls, soak in natural hot springs, and visit the best viewpoints around the region’s capital.

We’ll marvel at the otherworldly landscapes of Gorely Volcano and hike right up to its crater. Out at sea, we’ll set off on a boat trip into the open Pacific, go wildlife spotting for sea lions and orcas, fish for cod, and enjoy a fresh seafood lunch on board.

And if you're up for it, the climb to the top of Avachinsky Volcano will reward you with breathtaking panoramic views — a true bird’s-eye experience.
