What to expect
Your individual tour starts with a licensed private guide in New York City meeting you in the lobby of your hotel. This tour lasts about 6 hours (maximum - 7 hours, in conditions of dense traffic), we will watch, listen, take pictures and receive a sea of interesting and informative information about the Capital of the World. There are stops in order to drink coffee and have a snack. The tour is a car-pedestrian, is carried out on a spacious and comfortable car of the Mercedes Metris minivan type or a full-fledged Mercedes Sprinter minibus.
The tour ends in the Empire State Building, in Battery Park or, if desired, at your hotel. Differences from group tour - you will be alone, without a group, a private guide will be at your disposal, stop and go out-for a walk can not only where we in New York usually stop and walk (see below), but anywhere you want.
During the tour we make many stops, get off the bus and walk to the following places:
Times Square: the history of the New Year crystal ball, theaters, stairs, military enlistment office, police, button, King Kong, fashion designers, Tussauds, bus station;
- Dakota House and Trailer's Fields: old/new money, John Lennon, Central Park, snowdrops, benches, granite, celebrities, lakes and skyscrapers against the background of nature;
Museum Mile: Jacqueline, fresh water, panoramic views, Guggenheim, Madonna, squirrels, Museum Mile, expensive real estate;
Rockefeller Center: English Channel Gardens, the richest man in the world, Lenin, Rivera, Christmas tree (seasonally), skating rink, art deco;
- House iron and Empire State Building: barrels, baseball, skirts from the wind, greedy Metlife with clocks, cast-iron houses, artists in SoHo, windows, steps, floors, records, bomber, elevators;
- City Hall: Stalin’s high-rises, beavers, Brooklyn Bridge, ocean wave, penthouse “sixty”, Frank Gehry, cars of small things, modest city hall;
Ground Ziro: towers, terrorist attacks, pits, chapel, fence, notes, firemen, 1776 feet, "Oculus";
Wall Street: a portrait of a dollar duelist, a vertical skyscraper race, the smell of money, a wall, shards, a bull to feel - the desire to make a guess;
- Battery Park: a statue, the pioneer of these places, a Korean memorial, chic photo views of the neighboring state;
– Passing by: Chinatown, Little Italy, Greenwich Village, Arch, Washington, SoHo, NoHo;
During the tour we discuss: taxis, how much it costs, non-America, fines, parking, food, cars, fur coats, celebrities, schools, kindergartens and studies, the police, where it is better to shop and how much it costs to get there, Sex and the City, Starbucks, tips, taxes and a lot of everything.
