About this offer

What to expect

The famous city of the gods is Teotihuacan, which will be the first stop. You will see the most magnificent ruins and the largest primamides. The “ghost city” Teotihuacan is located 40 km northeast of Mexico City in the municipality of San Juan Teotihuacan. Teotihuacan is an ancient settlement, whose age is already about two thousand years, and translated from the Aztec language literally as “the place where the gods touch the earth”. Modern Teotihuacan is a huge archaeological complex, the most famous buildings of which are considered the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon.

Then you walk through the church complex, the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe, the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe, one of Mexico's oldest buildings. The history of the basilica begins on December 9, 1531. According to legend, it was on this day that the Virgin Mary appeared to the young Indian Juan Diego.

It is a very beautiful and clean place in the north of Mexico City. It is in the Basilica that the unmade image of the Virgin Mary is kept, the mysterious history of which you will learn during this walk.

And of course, the Spanish center of colonial Mexico City, which is closely intertwined with modern glass architecture! You will visit the Cathedral in the Socalo Square, the National Palace with frescoes by Diego Rivera and the ruins of the Aztec Main Temple!
