Agree on the island, resort, dates, guest count and wedding programme. Accommodation, venue, decoration, coordinator, photographer and reception are quoted separately. A symbolic ceremony does not automatically include legal marriage registration. The local organiser must confirm documentation, preparation deadlines and extra fees before payment.

What is included

• The individual quote will list accommodation, meals, transport, excursions and fees separately, with the agreed inclusions.

What is excluded and paid separately

• Anything outside the agreed package, including flights, extra transfers, excursions, insurance, documentation, drinks and personal expenses. Mandatory fees and supplements will be itemised before payment.
