About this offer

What to expect

Eleutra is a narrow, elongated island stretching for more than a hundred kilometers between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Natural attractions, the famous pink beaches of Harbour Island, cute restaurants and luxury villas.

The trip here is designed for the whole day. The best departure times are around 9:00 a.m. and return at 6:30 p.m. in winter, and in summer you can stay for another hour.

The tour starts with a private flight to one of the airports of the island of Eleutra. The flight takes place at an altitude of only a few hundred meters, and this is a great opportunity to admire the views of small islands and turquoise lagoons under the wing of the aircraft, to observe cruise ships and fast yachts. The plane will fly over several "blue holes" for which the archipelago is famous and rare "sand islands" - dunes in the middle of the endless ocean.

The main highlight of Eleutra is a natural bridge connecting the two parts of the island. A thin isthmus, on the one hand from which the dark blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean rise with high ridges, and on the other, the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea play in the sun. And, curiously, the waters of the sea and the ocean do not mix.Only in a severe storm does the Atlantic break through the stone barrier and spill out into the sea. This is why the bridge is often called “glass bridge”.

In addition to natural attractions, Eleutra is famous for its delicious pineapples, plantations of which occupy most of the suitable area of the island. The best season of pineapple tasting lasts from September to the end of November.

The next way is to Harbour Island, one of the small islands that make up Eleutra. This northern tip of the island, separated from the main part by a small strait, is known worldwide for its rare pink beaches, stretching for seven kilometers. Beaches, whose rare delicate pink color is due to the presence in the white quartz sand of the remains of red corals and plankton, have been recognized as the best in the world by a variety of publications and are necessarily included in all sorts of ratings of the most beautiful places on the planet. Perhaps this is what caused the presence of such a large number of luxury private villas on a small island. Rest on the beaches of the island is also included in the program of the trip.
