The Intrepid aircraft carrier is one of the most visited military museums in the world. It's another symbol of New York. A huge ship moored on the Hudson. The aircraft carrier has been out of service for 30 years, but it has been honored for its legendary history since World War II. With a length of 273 meters, a width of 45 meters, it looks impressive today, corresponding to its name "Intrepid". On board the heroic watch were 3,500 military sailors and pilots. From its decks during the battles, planes took off every 60 seconds. A kamikaze was hit several times.

On the runway and in the hangars, turned into pavilions, you will see reconnaissance aircraft, bombers, fighters from different countries, including outstanding MiGs. You will see a unique vertical take-off aircraft James Bond. You can take pictures of the helicopters of Hierokesa, Tomahawks and various rotorcraft Sikorsky.
