Warm sunny days are replaced by cool nights, giving grapes to ripen without losing acidity, which is very important in the production of sparkling wines, the terrain (Alps and hills) protect the vineyards as tender hands of the mother, and Lake Iseo smooths the temperature drops, leaving them relatively constant.

That's why we will visit several wineries, taste the high-quality products offered to us, we will see with our own eyes the process of making Italian champagne (Franciacorta) from the very beginning to the final result, and all this from the first mouth accompanied by the family representative, mostly family, and believe me such a warm and sincere attitude is unlikely to meet anywhere else!
